Scheduled desludging is a part of Indah Water's services that requires no extra payment other than the monthly sewerage charges/bills for Non-Domestic premises and six monthly sewerage charges/bills for Domestic premises.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Please do not give any payment to the desludging crew for scheduled desludging service rendered to your premise's septic tank. When the desludging is completed, you only need to sign, write your name and Identity Card Number on the IWK desludging docket presented by the desludging crew. One copy of the IWK docket will be given to you for your safekeeping.
