Indah Water's customer
as defined in the Sewerage Services Act 1993, is a person, firm,
corporate body or other
legal entity who |
| |
|
|
| A) |
i) |
is the owner or occupier of any premises
within the operational areas of a Local Authority, |
| |
|
and |
| |
ii) |
uses either an individual
septic tank or a connected sewerage system that has been handed
over to Indah Water
by the Department of Sewerage Services, Ministry of Energy, Water & Communications, |
| |
|
or |
| b) |
|
is a user of any sewerage system as determined
by the Director General of Sewerage Services |
| |
|
|
|
